You’re Not Falling Apart It’s Love That’s Holding You in Place

When I walked through the garden, surrounded by tall mountains and the gentle whispers of the trees, my soul became still. I stopped and stood quietly. My thoughts faded as I looked around in wonder. Every leaf, every breeze, and every stone felt like a silent sign of how amazing the Creator is.

A river flowed quietly beside me, smooth and clear. Its sound was soft, like a peaceful tune. Birds flew above me, happy and free, as if they were dancing. Then I heard laughter, bright and joyful. I saw children playing, full of life. Their happiness filled the air. I walked toward them. One little girl ran to me and hugged my legs. Her eyes were full of trust. She called her friends, and soon I was surrounded by happy, shining faces. I felt their joy entering my heart.

Undoubtedly, children are a reflection of the Divine, Pure and bright, their souls still glowing with the light of their beginning.

Their laughter washed away my worries. The heavy burden I carried disappeared. For a few moments, I felt light, as if floating. I sat by the river. My thoughts slowed down. They became soft, like butterflies resting gently. I entered a quiet space inside me, where my soul could breathe freely. The wind touched my face gently. The scent of flowers and soil filled the air. Birds sang their songs. Everything felt like a peaceful melody that filled me up completely.

In that quiet, I began to truly feel. Not just my emotions, but my true self. I breathed deeply and felt alive. With closed eyes, the outside world faded. Inside me, something bloomed. In the silence, the wind sounded like your whisper. The voices around me felt like they were calling your name. The children’s joy  reminded me of your smile.

As I closed my eyes, my inner world awakened. I began to feel everything more deeply. When the wind brushed against my skin, it felt like the gentle touch of the one I love. Around me, people talked and whispered, but even in their voices, I sensed the presence of that beloved soul. Sitting among the children, in their laughter and joy, I felt that same presence again soft, comforting, familiar.

Every walk, every step, every breath seemed to whisper their name. In the quiet darkness behind my closed eyes, a light appeared, the light of the one I love, brightening the shadows of my life. When I focused inward, I could feel their warmth within me, as if their love lived in my very heartbeat.

Then, like a dream fading, my imagination slipped away, and I opened my eyes. Yet the feeling remained. Though I have never touched this love, never held its fragrance in my hands, everything around me seems shaped by it. Every breeze feels like a gentle hug, every sight carries a silent message.

How is it that the one I have never met feels closer than my own breath?

This love, unseen, untouched still lives in everything I see, everything I feel.

And then I understood something simple but deep:

Without love, nothing makes sense.

Love isn’t just a feeling, it’s everything.

Love is the ground we walk on.

Love is the air we breathe.

Love is what keeps us alive.

Birds don’t just sing they sing love. Rivers don’t just flow, they carry love. The wind doesn’t just blow, it whispers love. Stars aren’t just lights, they are pieces of love glowing in the night sky.

This whole universe is covered in layers of love. From the deepest parts of the ocean to the farthest stars in space, everything moves with love. Waves crash, stars shine, flowers bloom, all dancing to love’s quiet music. Even in sleep, or in the silence between heartbeats, we are held by love.

I realized the earth holds the seed with care. The roots grow with longing.  The firefly lights its small lamp as a gift to the night sky.

 But then I asked myself:

Why do we let hate grow in our hearts?

Why choose anger when each sunrise gives us love freely?

Why build walls when love gives us an endless sky?

Love was our first language,  our first sound.  But we forgot it. Hate speaks in harsh tones, yet we gave it power, and let it take over our words.

We eat fruits given to us by the earth’s love. We breathe air cleaned by the trees, another gift of love. We are born from love.

And we live on a planet that stays in place, spinning gently, maybe because of love.

So why do we carry the heavy weight of anger, when love offers us a robe made of light soft, warm, and gentle?

Look again, more kindly: The green of the garden is love you can see. The strength of the mountains is love standing tall.  The stars are messengers of love. This life… this beautiful life…is not a journey to somewhere else. It is a love letter, written in stars and soil, signed with a heartbeat, sent to your soul,  by the Creator. Let us open that letter slowly, with care. Let us feel its beauty, its message. Let us answer it, not just with words, but with kindness in our actions, compassion in our hearts, and joy in our lives.

Perhaps love doesn’t always arrive in form, it arrives in feeling, in presence, in the invisible thread that ties two spirits across space and time

Let us become living lines in the never ending story of love.
